Yes there are a ton Aman! But the best way is to turn your favorite food stuff which is usually unhealthy into a healthier version. Like swapping your wheat noodles to millet noodles, ice creams to thick smoothies, puris Or paranthas to tandoori roti or veggie stuffed varieties, soft drinks to cold lemon or mint water, cream cakes to fruit muffins without cream & many more. Basically try finding healthier varieties of your favorite food items. In that way it's more sustainable too!
