Box breathing is a simple but powerful relaxation technique that can help return your breathing pattern to a relaxed rhythm. It can clear and calm your mind, improving your focus. Steps to practice : Sit with your back supported in a comfortable chair and rfeet on the floor Close your eyes and then breathe in through your nose while counting to 4 slowly, feeling the air enter into the lungs Hold in the breath while counting slowly to 4, trying not to clamp your mouth or nose shut. Slowly exhale for 4 count and hold the breath out for 4 count Repeat the same for 5 times .
