Spent my weekend not quite like how I wanted to. With cough, cold and a high temperature, I’ve made myself the prefect drink blended with powerful herbs and spices. To make this effective home remedy, you need 2 cups of water, 1 inch of peeled ginger, 4-5 cloves, 5-6 black pepper, 5-6 fresh basil leaves, ½ tsp honey and 2 inch cinnamon stick. You can add mulethi (lecorice) if it is available.
