We pre-plan the meal, made this oatmeal last night without fruits, coz had a jam packed morning, will the busy schedule make me miss my healthy breakfast, no way that's going to happen. I added the fruits in the morning just before consuming. So pre-planned the breakfast and enjoyed it. Happy me, happy belly 🥰
