Bringing mindful changes....

Getting back to age old cookwares. My recent purchase of cast iron skillet. Unlike cooking in aluminium and so called non stick cookwares available in market these days,it keeps the nutrition preserved. Added benefit,it also adds iron to your food.Iron is an essential mineral that helps transport oxygen around the body keeping cells healthy. Next on the list - a clay pot 🙃 Have you ever considered buying these cookwares?

Does this needs more oil as non stick utensils need less oil to be used?

Same here @Komal, I use cast iron as well as I have brass ones also and one clay pot in which I used to cook daal😅
