1.Beans are great to help reduce your risk for heart disease. They can help to reduce inflammation and blood pressure. Beans can be grown as a bush or pole. 2)Tomatoes are helpful in many ways for heart health! They can help to decrease your risk for heart disease, heart attack, stroke, and cholesterol! Tomatoes can be grown as both bush and vine. 3)Berries are extremely healthy and directly impact heart health. This can include strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, elderberries, and gooseberries. 4)Garlic is a food that is extremely helpful to help improve heart health!
