This is a great recipe for anyone looking to maintain their calorie deficit diet and a high protein intake. For the wrap - 120g low fat Greek yogurt - 160g of atta (I used Ashirvad) - 1 teaspoon baking powder Mix these and knead it into a dough. Split it into 3 parts and roll into a round shape. Cook on a non stick pan until it bubbles and cooks. (No oil/fat required) For the chicken (400 grams) 1 teaspoon each - cumin powder - turmeric powder - red chilli powder - coriander powder - lemon juice - salt (to taste) - Low fat Greek yogurt - 200 grams Mix the marinade and combine well with the chicken. Let it rest for 30 mins. Grill the chicken until cooked, add it to the wrap and roll.
