2 crushed garlic pods

1/2 finely chopped onion

2 medium potatoes(boiled & mashed)

1/4 tsp haldi powder

1/2 tsp finely chopped fresh coriander

salt to taste

2 cups whole wheat flour

2 tsp ghee/ oil

1/4 tsp jeera powder

1/2 green chilli ( finely chopped)

Method

Knead the flour into a soft dough.

In a mixing boil add the potatoes & all other ingredients other than the ghee. Mix uniformly.

Make small balls of the dough & equal balls of the aloo mixture.

Roll the roti & stuff the aloo masala & roll it into parathas.

Heat the tawa, and cook the paratha till light brown. Use 1 tsp ghee/ oil to prepare it.
