Ingredients

1/2 cup water

2 medium potatoes(boiled & mashed)

1/2 cup rawa

1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste

1/4 tsp chaat masala

2 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped

1 tsp arrowroot powder

3/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper powder

3 tsp oil

1/2 tsp coriander powder

1/2 tsp jeera powder

Method

In a pan, take ½ cup water. Add 1 tsp oil and ¼ tsp salt. Stir and bring to a boil.

Lower the flame and add the rawa while stirring continuously. Transfer the cooked rawa to a large mixing bowl, and cool completely.

Now add all the remaining ingredients other than the oil. Mix well.

Wet your palms & roll the mixture into small, oval-shaped cutlets.

Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan. Shallow fry the cutlets till golden brown.

Serve hot with green chutney.
