apple and ginger chutney

ginger finely chopped (1inch)
1/2 cup raisins
1 teaspoon lemon juice
sendha namak to taste
1 tsp oil
2 grated apples
Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add ginger and saute. Reduce heat. add raisins and saute for a minute or till it puffs up.
Add grated apples and cook until the mixture thickens.
Add lemon juice and 1/4 tsp sendha namak, mix, and cook till it thickens.
Remove from heat, cool, and serve or store in a jar.
