apple - prune jam

6 Ingredients
1/2 tablespoon butter
2 big apples cored and diced (do not remove the skin)
¼ cup raw sugar (khaand)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/3 cup overnight soaked black raisins + 1/2 cup de-seeded or pitted overnight soaked prunes
juice of 1/2 lemon
Melt butter in a non-stick pan.
Add apples and raw sugar & cook until they become soft.
Add raisins & prunes, cover with a lid and cook till all the ingredients become soft and mushy.
Finally, add cinnamon powder and give it a nice mix.
Turn off the gas and top it with lemon juice (as per your taste).
Spread on toast.
