1/2 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp honey
1 medium-sized apple
1 tbsp rolled oats
Roast oats and cinnamon in a pan on dry medium heat, stirring occasionally, until fragrant. Let it cool down for 5 minutes.
Stir the peanut butter and honey together.
Slice the apple into circle-shaped slices and then cut out the centers with a knife.
Spread 1 tablespoon peanut butter/honey mixture on 3 apple slices and sprinkle with raisins and oats. Cover with another apple slice on top, to form sandwiches.
