1 tsp lemon juice
2 slices multigrain bread
1/4 ripe avocado
2 tbsp chopped onion
2 tbsp chopped tomato
salt and pepper to taste
coriander to garnish
1 pinch chili flakes (optional)
Remove the peel of the avocado and mash it with a fork in a bowl.
Add in tomato, onion, lemon juice, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
Give it a good mix and keep it aside.
Toast the bread and spread the avocado mix evenly.
Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and serve.
