Ingredients

for the pulp: 1 big ripe bael fruit (approx 350 g pulp), 1 glass water (200ml)

for the sharbat: 1/2 glass water, few cubes of ice (optional)

Method

In a big bowl scrape out all the pulp from the bael fruit.

Add the water & mash the pulp well with the water until smooth.

Strain the smooth pulp through a strainer to separate the seeds from the pulp.

Now in a glass add 3 tbsp of the seedless bael pulp, fill the rest of the glass with water & mix until well combined.

Top this up with a few ice cubes & serve chilled.
