1 green chilli finely chopped
1 medium sized finely chopped onion
salt to taste
1 cup grated paneer
3/4 cup mixed vegetables (mashed boiled sweet potato, finely chopped french beans, grated carrot, boiled peas, grated beetroot)
1/4 cup powdered poha
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
1-2 tsp melted butter( for greasing)
1/4 tsp jeera powder
Mix all the ingredients to form a smooth dough.
Roll into oval shaaped tikkis.
Bake on greased butter paper for 15 minutes at 220C.
