black pepper & cinnamon infusion

4 Ingredients
1 cup water (250 ml)
1-inch piece of cinnamon stick
5-6 black peppercorns, coarsely crushed
1/2 tsp honey (optional)
In a saucepan, boil the cinnamon in water for 5 minutes.
Now add the black pepper & boil for another 3-4 minutes.
Keep the pot covered while boiling.
In a cup add the honey.
Strain the boiled, infused water into the cup. Stir well & drink warm!
