1 tsp jaggery powder
100 ml skimmed milk
0.5 tsp cardamom powder
3-4 soaked crushed almonds
3-4 soaked crushed pista
200 grams bottle guord (approx 1/2 small)
Heat up the milk and allow it to cool.
Add jaggery powder and cardamom powder to the milk.
Grate the bottle gourd & boil it for 4-5 minutes. Strain the excess water.
Once the milk is cool, add the bottle gourd.
Keep the pudding in the fridge and let it cool. Garnish with almonds.
Serve chilled.
