broken wheat coconut porridge

1/2 tsp white sesame seeds
1/2 cup broken wheat (daliya)
1 cup fresh grated coconut
3/4 tsp green elaichi powder
1 tsp sunflower seeds, soaked for 2-3 hours (discard the water)
6-8 chopped cashew nuts
3/4 cup jaggery
Boil the broken wheat in water for 30 minutes on low flame till cooked.
In a grinder, blend the fresh coconut with 1 cup of water.
Place a muslin cloth over a bowl & strain this mixture through it to get the first extract of coconut milk.
Now grind the solid residue of the coconut remaining in the cloth with another 1/2 cup water & sieve again into a separate bowl. This is the second extract of coconut milk.
In a pan take the second extract of coconut milk. Add the jaggery, cooked broken wheat, elaichi powder, chopped nuts, and seeds.
Allow to simmer for 2 minutes.
Now add the first extract of the coconut milk to the mixture and continue simmering for another 5 minutes.
Serve hot!
