1 cup cooked chicken mince
1/2 finely chopped apple
6 atta/ multigrain bread slices
2 tbsp hung curd
2 tsp grated feta cheese
6 tsp green chutney
1 tsp butter (for brushing)
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup finely chopped spinach
In a mixing bowl add the chicken, chopped apple, chopped spinach, hung curd, feta cheese, and seasonings.
Take a slice of bread, spread green chutney, take 1-2 tbsp of filling and spread the mixture evenly, place another slice (layered with chutney) on top of it.
Now once the sandwich is ready grill it on a pan from both sides using ¼ tsp butter.
