11 Ingredients
1/2 tbsp chopped garlic
2 tbsp chopped ginger
pinch of white pepper powder
2 green chilies chopped (optional)
1 egg whisked
salt to taste
sesame seeds for sprinkling (as required)
2 tbsp oil
200 gms boiled and shredded chicken
1 cup boiled sweet potato
4 tbsp bread crumbs
In a mixing bowl, add salt, white pepper powder, ginger, garlic, green chilies,
boiled chicken, and mashed sweet potato.
Mix it well and give the shape of small flattened coin-sized balls
Break the egg into another bowl, add little water and salt, and beat.
Now coat each coin in whipped egg and roll it in breadcrumbs.
Heat a pan, add oil, and pan-fry the coins till crisp and golden.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
