9 Ingredients
1 cup broccoli florets, boiled
2 potatoes, boiled cut into cubes
1 carrot, boiled cut into cubes
1 cup boiled green peas
for tempering: 1 tsp oil, 2 onions (finely chopped), 5 pods garlic minced or 1 tsp garlic paste
for the masala: 5 cloves, 6 black pepper corns, 2 green chillies, 1/2 cinnamon stick, 5 pods of garlic
for the spice mix: 1 green chilli (sliced), 5 cloves, 1 inch piece of cinnamon, 6 black pepper corns
additional ingredients: 1 tbsp butter, 1/2 cup cow's milk, 1 cup cooked elbow macaroni
500g boneless chicken cubes
Grind all the ingredients of the masala into a paste.
Heat oil in a pan. Fry the chopped onion and garlic paste till translucent.
Now add the masala mixture and continue frying.
Next, add the chicken cubes with 1.5 cups of water and cook for 30 minutes on low flame till done.
Now add all the boiled vegetables, macaroni, and all ingredients of the spice mixture and continue to simmer for 10 minutes.
Allow the liquid to reduce to enhance the flavors in the stew.
Add the milk and butter and cook for a minute.
Turn off the flame and enjoy!
