6 to 7 ripe bananas
3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Slice the bananas and place them on a lined baking sheet, freeze overnight.
Remove from the freezer and let it sit for 5 minutes till it softens.
Now place the banana in a food processor and blend until creamy.
Stir in 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips.
Scoop the banana mixture into a muffin mold, filling it almost to the top.
Sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top.
Freeze for 1-2 hours until they are firm enough to remove from the muffin mold without breaking them. Use a butter knife to pop them out.
