6 Ingredients
2 powder tsp jaggery
1/2 cup coconut milk
2 tbsp ragi flour
1 grated tsp fresh coconut
50 ml water
1/4 tsp black cardamom powder
Dry roast the ragi flour till light brown
Add water and whisk it till no lumps
Add the jaggery powder & gradually pour 1/2 cup coconut milk. Stir it well
Simmer on low flame, add water if desired
Add black cardamom powder
Garnish with grated fresh coconut
