1 chopped tsp coriander leaves
1 mashed tbsp cottage cheese
3 chopped tbsp (24.0 gm) onion
2 chopped tbsp walnut
20 gm kale
2 tbsp quinoa
2 tbsp couscous
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon juice
200 ml water
2 tsp olive oil
In a bowl, add cooked quinoa, cooked couscous, 20 g kale, 2 tbsp chopped walnut, 3 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp mashed feta cheese, 2 tsp olive oil, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/4th tsp salt and mix well.
Serve fresh.
