6 tbsp rolled oats

1.5 tbsp urad dal

1/2 tsp chana dal

1/4 tsp methi dana seeds

4 tbsp finely chopped spinach

oil for making the dosas

Method

Wash & soak the oats, urad dal, chana dal & methi dana seeds for 4-5 hours. This fermentation is very important.

Grind everything into a smooth batter.

Add finely chopped spinach.

Add salt to taste.

Use 1 tsp oil to make a crispy dosa on an iron dosa tawa.

Serve with coconut chutney.
