A healthy twist to the papdi sev puris served with refreshing juicy sliced cucumber - guiltfree & delicious snack.

dry ingredients: 1 cup sev, 2 handfuls puffed rice, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped tomato, 1 cup green moong sprouts, 1 boiled & mashed potato
wet ingredients: tamarind chutney(100ml tamarind juice boiled with 2 tbsp jaggery), 2 tbsp curd
seasonings: pinch of pepper, pinch of salt, pinch of red chilli powder
2 cucumbers (sliced)
Prepare the mixture by mixing all the dry ingredients together, and adding the wet ingredients to it.
Add the mixture to the cucumber slices (as papadis).
Season with salt, pepper, chilli powder.
