1/8 tsp ajwain seeds
1 katori mixed vegetables, finely chopped(onion, bell peppers, carrot)
2 slices atta bread
salt to taste
2 tsp oil
2 green chillies
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1 katori moong dal(yellow/ split), soaked in water for 2 hours
small piece of ginger
2-3 tsp finely chopped coriander
Strain the dal
Grind it with ginger & green chilli and add a little water
Add all the spices and vegetables mentioned and beat for 5 minutes to make the batter light
Heat a flat pan
Drizzle 1/2 tsp oil
Spread the batter on one side of the bread & place it upside down on the pan
Now spread the batter on the other side of the bread too
Cook well from both sides until golden brown
