drumstick curry
Vegetable drumsticks cooked in a spicy onion & tomato curry - perfect to be served with rice or chappati.

13 Ingredients
4 pieces drumstick
1/2 chopped cup onion
1/2 chopped cup tomato
1/4 powder tsp red chilly powder
1/4 tsp rai
1/4 tsp haldi
1/4 tsp jeera
1/4 tsp dhania powder
1 chopped tsp garlic
7-8 kadi patta
1.0 tsp oil
50 ml water
1/4 tsp salt
In a blender, add 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1/2 cup chopped tomato, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilly powder and 1/4 tsp dhania powder
Blend all these ingredients into a paste and keep it aside
In a Kadai, put 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera and the prepared paste
Add water as required and then put 4 drumsticks in it
Add 1/4th tsp salt and mix everything well
Cover and cook until the drumsticks are well cooked
Serve it hot along with rice
