4 pods garlic (crushed)
2 sticks of drumstick
1/2 tsp butter
1 tsp lemon juice
salt & pepper, to taste
2 tsps finely chopped coriander
Peel the drumsticks.
Add 1 cup water & pressure cook with 3-4 whistles.
Cool, blend, strain the drumsticks, and then boil.
In a separate pan, heat the butter.
Burn the garlic & add it to the soup.
Add the seasoning to the soup
Now add salt and pepper to taste.
Add the lemon juice & coriander just before serving and enjoy.
