1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 cup tomato diced
1/2 tsp salt
1/4th cup capsicum chopped
1/4th cup onion chopped
2 garlic pods chopped
handful of finely chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp oil
1 green chili chopped (optional)
In a bowl, whisk the eggs.
Add in the spices, salt, and veggies & mix well.
In a pan heat oil & pour in the egg mixture and cook both sides until cooked.
Serve with green chutney.
