fish lettuce wraps

2 tsp mayonnaise
1 cup fish, boiled & shredded
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup capsicum (finely chopped)
1/2 cup tomatoes (finely chopped)
3-4 lettuce leaves
For boiled fish get 2-3 medium-sized boneless pieces of fish (salmon/ rohu). In a deep-bottomed vessel add fish, 2 glasses
of water, 1 clove, 1 bay leaf, and salt to taste.
Once the fish is soft & done, separate the khada garam masalas & keep them aside.
In a bowl, add the fish, mayo, tomatoes, capsicum, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
Take a lettuce leaf. Place 1-2 Tbsp of this fish mixture and roll it into a wrap. Serve fresh.
