1/2 cup flax seeds
2 tablespoons sesame oil (til oil)
25-30 garlic cloves mashed
8-10 dried red chillies broken
3 tablespoons white sesame seeds
rock salt (sendha namak) to taste
Heat oil in a non stick pan. Add garlic and sauté till it turns golden. Add dried red chillies and sauté till crisp.
Add flax seeds and sesame seeds and transfer into a mixer jar. Add rock salt and let it cool. Grind to a chutney.
Transfer into a serving bowl and enjoy
