gond katera sherbet

7 Ingredients
salt to taste
2-3 pieces of gond katira(gum) (note that this is different from gond which is used to make laddoos)
4-5 fresh red rose petals (washed well & finely chopped)
1/2 tsp roasted jeera powder
2 tbsps crushed ice
1/2 tsp chia seeds
juice of 1 lemon
Soak the gond katira & chia seeds in 1/2 glass of water for 4-5 hours.
Both items soak water to give a jelly-like texture.
In 1/2 glass of water, add this jelly-like mixture, lemon juice, rose petals, salt & jeera powder. Stir well
Add crushed ice & serve.
