1 tbsp pitted kalamata olives (halved)
2 tbsp crushed walnuts
salt to taste
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp coriander powder
250 gm skinless chicken breast
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander
1 cucumber (thinly sliced)
2-3 lettuce leaves
1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
1 avocado (sliced)
1 tbsp feta cheese (crumbled)
Heat grill to medium-high.
Cut the chicken breast into thin strips
Season the chicken with coriander powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Grill, on medium flame in a non-stick pan using olive oil.
Meanwhile, make dressing... Whisk vinegar, feta, and finely chopped coriander leaves in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper.
Place cucumbers, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, and olives in serving bowls.
Top with chicken, then drizzle with dressing and sprinkled crushed walnuts.
