1 tsp red chilli powder (optional)
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp lemon juice
250 gm fish (boneless or with bone)
2 tbsp roasted semolina
Marinate the fish for 2 hours in lemon juice, salt, red chili powder, and turmeric powder.
Heat a non-stick pan heat oil, coat fish in semolina and pan fry it on low to medium flame until cooked from both sides.
