9 Ingredients
2 tbsp curd
1 tsp oil
salt and pepper to taste
1 handful coriander leaves
1 tsp lemon juice
100 gms paneer
1 green chili
4-5 cashew nuts
1/2 tsp jeera powder
Soak cashew nuts in water for 30 mins.
Cut paneer into square cubes.
In a mixer add in coriander leaves, soaked cashew nuts, 1 green chili, 1 tsp lemon juice, and 2 tbsp curd.
Pour this paste over the paneer and add jeera powder, salt, and pepper. Mix this well so as to not break paneer pieces. Marinate it for 30 mins.
Add 1 tsp oil in a nonstick pan and cook paneer on both sides until it turns golden brown.
Serve hot.
