3 ripe bananas
120g creamy peanut butter
50g cocoa powder
3 tbsp dark chocolate chips for topping
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celcius and prepare a brownie pan with parchment paper.
Mash 3 ripe bananas, then add peanut butter and stir the mixture until smooth.
Sift in cocoa powder, give it a mix, and transfer to the prepared brownie pan. Top it with dark chocolate chips.
Bake in a hot oven for 20-30 minutes, let it cool completely to room temperature before slicing.
