60 grams melted ghee
45 grams jaggery powder
40 grams dry roasted & ground makhanas
40 grams ground almonds
1 tsp saunf
one-eighth tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp dried rose petals
2 tbsp milk
Add the jaggery powder to the melted ghee. Mix well.
Add the makhana powder, almond powder, saunf, cardamom powder & rose petals. Mix well again.
Using the milk knead a tight dough.
Roll into a log. Wrap in butter paper.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Cut into cookies.
Bake at 180 degrees in a preheated oven until golden brown.
