1/2 tsp salt
120 grams paneer (cottage cheese)
15-16 whole cashews
warm water to soak cashews
5-6 cloves of garlic
1-1.5 tbsps lemon juice
1/4 tsp pepper
Take the cashews in a bowl. Add only enough warm water such that the cashews are just covered. Soak for 15 minutes.
Do not add too much water otherwise the mayonnaise will be runny.
Transfer the cashews with the water as well as all the other ingredients into the blender.
Blend into a smooth consistency.
