healthy oats pudding
A guilt free pudding enriched with fibre and the goodness of garden cress seeds

9 Ingredients
1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup milk/ plant based milk)
1/4 cup non-fat greek yogurt/vegan yogurt
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/4 cup diced apples/ handful of chopped blueberries/ 5-6 finely chopped strawberries
1 tsp chopped pecans
1 date
1 tsp garden cress( also called watercress or halim seeds)
5 raisins
Place all the ingredients in a large glass container and mix well.
Cover the glass container with a lid. Place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight. Thin it with a little more milk or water, if desired before consuming!
