9 Ingredients
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp oil
3-4 basil leaves
3-4 garlic cloves
1 handful coriander leaves
1 tsp lemon juice
200 gms fish of choice
salt and pepper to taste
Finely chop basil, garlic and coriander and add in a mixing bowl. Add in the lemon juice, oregano, chili flakes, salt, pepper and mix well.
Remove bones and cut fish into small pieces and add in with the mixture. Let the fish marinate for 1 hour.
Take a non stick pan and heat 1 tsp oil, cook this fish mixture until the fish is tender.
Serve hot with a side of salad.
