2 tbsp cumin seeds
2 tbsp coriander seeds
1/4th tsp fenugreek seeds
1 katori rice
1/4 katori chana dal
1/4 katori whole green moong
1/4 katori toor dal
1/4 katori black urad dal
1/2 tsp oil per dosa
Soak all of the above ingredients overnight.
Blend it in a smooth paste using water to achieve the desired consistency, and add salt to taste.
Spread a ladle full of the batter on a heated dosa tawa. Use 1/2 tsp oil to cook each until golden brown.
