8 Ingredients
1 cup hung curd
1/2 cucumber finely chopped
1 finely chopped onion
2 tsp fresh coriander, finely chopped
salt & pepper as per taste
2 multigrain bread slices
1/2 grated carrot
1 green chilli chopped (optional)
Whip the curd with salt & pepper till it turns smooth.
Add in all the vegetables and mix.
Toast bread slices and spread the mixture on them. Enjoy!
