salt to taste
2 peppercorns
1/4 tsp jeera whole
1/2 medium bunch fresh coriander
8-10 leaves of spinach
2 tsp peanuts
1/2 tsp garden cress seeds
1/4 tsp white sesame seeds
juice of 1 lemon
1 green chilli
Blend all the above ingredients together by adding water as required and enjoy
