12 Ingredients
1 chopped onion
1/2 cup jowar flour
1/2 cup wheat flour
1 tsp coriander powder
salt as per taste
1 tbsp chopped ginger
1 chopped tomato
1 chopped green chilly
1/4 cup grated cabbage
1/4 cup grated beetroot
1/4 cup grated carrot
1/4 tsp pepper
In a bowl add jowar flour, wheat flour, chopped ginger, chopped onion and tomato, grated carrot, cabbage and beetroot.
Next add pepper, salt and coriander powder. Add water and mix them well.
Make sure the consistency is not too thin.
Heat a pan and add some oil, spread the prepared mixture from the top and cook till golden brown.
Once done, serve with some chutney and enjoy!
