2 tsp sendha namak
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp coriander seeds, roast & powder
2 tsp finely chopped coriander
for dusting - kuttu atta
for pan frying - ghee
250 g raw banana, peeled & diced
2 tsp lemon juice
1" piece ginger
1 green chilli, finely chopped
1 black elaichi
1/4 cup kuttu atta
Steam banana, ginger & elaichi until banana is cooked
Mash the bananas & add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well to form a dough - like consistency
Shape into small, cylindrical rods. Dust with atta.
Shallow fry in ghee until brown & crisp.
