layered chicken rice
A flavorsome slow-cooked meal made with rice, vegetables and chicken.

9 Ingredients
250 gm boiled and shredded chicken
1/2 cup boiled corn
2 tbsp finely chopped green(spring) onions
1 cup cooked beans
2 whole capsicum sliced
1 whole egg boiled and sliced
2 whole tomatoes sliced
2 tbsp grated cheese/cottage cheese
1 cup cooked rice
In a mixing bowl add rice, beans, boiled chicken green onions, boiled corn, and hung curd. Give all of this a nice mix.
Take a baking dish, brush it with butter, and place a layer of sliced tomato capsicum. Then
add a layer of the rice, beans, and chicken mixture.
Repeat this layer again. Lastly, top it with grated cheese/cottage cheese. Cover with foil and bake it for 15-20 min at 180 to 200 degrees.
In a pressure cooker, add boneless chicken, 2 glasses of water, salt, and pepper.
Pressure cook for 30 minutes or until cooked. Once done, remove the chicken
and shred it.
