1 tsp oil
200 gm chicken
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp light soya sauce
2 garlic cloves
salt and pepper to taste
In a large mixing bowl add in lemon juice, pepper powder, finely chopped garlic, soya sauce, salt and pepper. Give it a good mix.
Cut the chicken in long strips and marinate in the mixture for 2 hours.
Take a non stick pan and heat 1 tsp oil. Cook the chicken until tender and serve with a side of salad/bread.
