1 katori lobia (black eyed pea) soaked overnight
1/4 th katori cooked rice
1/2 katori coriander leaves
1 inch ginger
2-3 garlic cloves
1/4 tsp oil
1 green chilli (optional)
In a blender make a paste of cooked rice, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves and green chili. Now add overnight soaked lobia. Blend it into a smooth paste, add water to achieve desired consistency and pan fry dosa using 1/4 tsp oil.
