1/3 cup onion, finely chopped
1/3 cup tomato, finely chopped
1/3 cup cucumber, finely chopped
1/3 cup carrot, grated
1/2 tsp khaand sugar( unrefined)
1 to 2 tbsps fresh coriander, finely chopped
2 to 3 tbsp thick curd
2 to 3 tbsps crushed peanut powder( roast & grind peanuts)
salt to taste
2 -3 green chillies, finely chopped (optional)
Add all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
If you prepare it in advance, then add the salt just before serving
